These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ck33 akg ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the ck33 akg website located at ck33-akg.net, including all associated services, games, betting markets, payment facilities, promotional offers, and customer support channels.

ck33 akg reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.1 Language of Agreement

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted exclusively in the English language. In the event of any translation or localised version of these Terms being produced for informational purposes, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms published on the platform at the time of a promotion, constitute the entire agreement between you and ck33 akg with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior understandings, representations, warranties, and agreements, whether written or oral.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

2.1 Age Verification Process

3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

3.2 One Account Per Player

3.4 Account Activity Responsibility

All activity conducted through your account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you. ck33 akg is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Failed and Reversed Transactions

If a deposit fails to credit to your account within the expected timeframe, contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly. ck33 akg is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider, mobile network, or bank. Chargebacks, reversed payments, or disputed transactions are taken extremely seriously and may result in immediate account suspension pending full investigation.

4.4 Dormant Account Fees

An account that has had no login activity for a consecutive period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. ck33 akg reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month after this threshold is reached, deducted from the remaining account balance. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Any remaining balance after fees will remain withdrawable upon reactivation of the account.

By placing a bet or participating in any game on ck33 akg — whether a sportsbook market, live casino table, slot machine, rummy room, or any other game format — you agree to the specific rules governing that bet type or game. General betting and game conduct rules applicable across all products are set out below.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by ck33 akg. ck33 akg reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion — including but not limited to cases where there is evidence of an odds pricing error, a software malfunction, or suspicious betting patterns. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit bet confirmation reference number from the platform.

5.2 Obvious Errors

Where an odds price, casino game payout, or market is published due to an obvious human or technical error (including incorrect team names, clearly mispriced odds, or software glitches), ck33 akg reserves the right to void all bets placed on that market or game round and return the staked amounts to players' accounts. ck33 akg will not honour winnings arising from evident errors, regardless of whether the error was identified before or after settlement.

5.3 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

• For a match result bet to stand, a minimum number of overs must be completed as specified for that match format (20 overs for T20, 25 overs per side for ODI).
• In-play markets are suspended during strategic timeouts, rain delays, and DRS reviews. Bets placed after an in-play event but before the market suspension takes effect on our platform due to latency are void.
• Match abandonment rules follow ICC Playing Conditions. Markets will be settled as void or using the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method as applicable and as specified in the individual market rules.
• Cash-out is available on selected cricket markets. The cash-out value is calculated in real time and may be lower than the potential full settlement value.

5.4 Casino Game Rules

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or market outcomes.

• Arbitrage betting conducted in bad faith with the intent of exploiting odds discrepancies rather than genuine recreational wagering.
• Match-fixing or participation in any scheme to corrupt sporting outcomes.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific offer's terms, all deposit bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered through qualifying games or markets before a withdrawal is permitted. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires ৳10,000 of qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

6.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issue or the date of deposit (whichever is specified in the individual offer terms). Bonus funds, free bets, and associated pending winnings that have not been released through completion of wagering requirements before the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically at the point of expiry. Expiry periods are non-negotiable and are not extended under any circumstances.

6.3 Eligible Games and Markets

Not all games and markets contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirements. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. Certain game categories may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely. The eligible games and their contribution rates are specified in each offer's individual terms. Bets placed on excluded games while a bonus wagering requirement is active will not count towards the requirement.

ck33 akg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the circumstances set out below. Account closure does not automatically entitle a player to withdrawal of their balance — where a closure follows a breach of these Terms, funds may be withheld pending investigation.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure by ck33 akg

• Failure to complete KYC identity or age verification within a specified timeframe.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Operation of duplicate accounts in breach of the one-account-per-player rule.
• Any form of fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Violation of the prohibited conduct rules set out in Section 5.5.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards ck33 akg staff.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable law.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your ck33 akg account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any open bets will be settled at their natural conclusion and any verified remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanently from within their account settings or by contacting our support team. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be restricted from all gambling activity. Permanent self-exclusions are irreversible. 7.4 Effect of Closure on Pending Transactions

Where an account is closed by ck33 akg due to a breach of these Terms, any pending withdrawal requests may be placed on hold for up to 60 days pending investigation. ck33 akg will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the player via their registered email address. Where closure is voluntary, all verified pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course.

8.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck33 akg, its directors, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the platform, including for scheduled maintenance or emergency outages.
• Any losses arising from a delay in processing bets, odds feed interruptions, or live casino stream disruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers.
• Any losses caused by unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your own failure to secure your login credentials.
• Inaccurate information provided by third-party data suppliers used in the construction of betting markets (e.g., player statistics, team line-ups, match scheduling data).

8.2 Platform Availability

ck33 akg operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and endeavours to maintain uninterrupted availability. However, access to the platform may be temporarily suspended for scheduled maintenance, emergency technical intervention, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to power failures, acts of nature, internet service provider outages, or government-directed access restrictions). ck33 akg will communicate planned maintenance periods in advance wherever possible.

8.3 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding a bet settlement, a payment transaction, a bonus award, or any other aspect of your ck33 akg account, the following process applies:

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
